Proposal Outside of Ritz Carlton in Half Moon Bay
A former client of mine reached out to me about a month ago and asked if I was available to photograph his friend proposing to his girlfriend. I was unavailable at that time since it was so last minute. However, I asked if I could help in any other way. I helped his friend find other photographers, but due to California having a terrible storm that week, the date for the proposal was rescheduled for a later date. A few weeks later, I received a text message. It was my former client’s friend. He asked again if I could help him out by photographing him propose to his girlfriend. I looked at my calendar and saw that I was available, so I agreed to do it. After a few more weeks of texting and calling each other, we had the proposal planned out. Joint Mehndi Night Photo Session in San Jose, CA
As the wedding day approached, the bride and groom had a joint Mehdni Night in the Bay Area before tying the knot. A joint Mehdni Night is a truly magical experience for the bride and groom as the ceremony was not just a beautiful adornment with family and friends, but a symbol of their union, representing love, blessings, and the beginning of their journey together.
Sunrise Couple to Proposal Session in Yosemite
Last summer Kelly and Nathan booked me. They said they were going to be visiting California from Chicago and were looking for a couples photo session at Yosemite National Park. About a month ago, Nathan told me he was going to propose in Yosemite. My excitement grew and I was even more stoked to capture an important moment in their lives. Here are some of those photographs leading up to that proposal moment.
Fall Maternity Photo Session
The pandemic has postponed a couple of my photo sessions and weddings, but I was able to squeeze in this last-minute maternity photo session. Carolyn and Derek both work in education and have been married for a little over 9 years now. This will be their first child together and there were already some close calls a few days before this photo session took place. However, it was only a close call and we were able to meet up and get some photographs before the baby was born. They wanted to go back to their wedding venue for the maternity session, so we drove back to their wedding venue located in Central California, and squeezed in this last-minute photo session.
