Proposal Outside of Ritz Carlton in Half Moon Bay
A former client of mine reached out to me about a month ago and asked if I was available to photograph his friend proposing to his girlfriend. I was unavailable at that time since it was so last minute. However, I asked if I could help in any other way. I helped his friend find other photographers, but due to California having a terrible storm that week, the date for the proposal was rescheduled for a later date. A few weeks later, I received a text message. It was my former client’s friend. He asked again if I could help him out by photographing him propose to his girlfriend. I looked at my calendar and saw that I was available, so I agreed to do it. After a few more weeks of texting and calling each other, we had the proposal planned out. Below you can find some of the photographs taken right outside of Ritz Carlton in Half Moon Bay and the proposal.
Joint Mehndi Night Photo Session in San Jose, CA
As the wedding day approached, the bride and groom had a joint Mehdni Night in the Bay Area before tying the knot. A joint Mehdni Night is a truly magical experience for the bride and groom as the ceremony was not just a beautiful adornment with family and friends, but a symbol of their union, representing love, blessings, and the beginning of their journey together.
Muir Beach Stylized Elopement
Jallussee married the love her life in Las Vegas. She never wore a wedding dress on her wedding day, so she asked me if I could photograph a stylized elopement for her and her husband. It would be the first time he saw her in a white dress. By the way, her husband had no idea that she was planning the white wedding dress until she tapped him on the shoulder during this photo session.
Outdoor Monterey Wedding
Before moving they moved to Los Angeles, Dan wanted to ask Sam to marry him. With the help of his best man being the photographer to capture the proposal, Dan took Sam to the Cliff House restaurant located next to Ocean Beach in San Francisco. After dinner, Dan took Sam outside and asked her to marry him. In complete shock, Sam repeatedly asked herself, “Is this real?“ Best believe it is! Congratulations you two!
Some of these photographs can be seen on websites such as www.lookslikefilm.com. Adventurous Stylized Elopement in Yosemite
After being adventurous by hiking around in Yosemite National Park, Mike and Aly had their elopement photographs taken at Taft Point in Yosemite.
Monterey Coast Elopement
Travis and Leanna decided to officially tied the knot in Monterey, CA instead of their hometown of Modesto, CA. I don’t blame them one bit for that decision.
We met up near Fisherman’s Wharf and walked around to get some early photographs in while waiting on the officiant. Both Travis and Leanna were rocking a bride and groom shirt to let everyone know that they were ready to tie the knot. After capturing a few shots, they changed clothes, and we headed to the location of their ceremony where they were going to say both of their “I dos.”
Foggy & Coastal Stylized Elopement in Point Reyes
Drove 3 hours to capture these two love birds for their stylized elopement session on the California coast. They are one of the most laid back couples that I have met and they are definitely madly in love with each other!
Outdoor Summer Wedding in Hayward
A friend of mine was positioned to photograph this wedding and asked me if I could help her out. I agreed and drove up to Hayward, CA to help her out. When I met Jason at his house, he shared with me how much traveling and hiking him and, his soon to be wife, Cassie do. The house was packed with traveling and hiking gear and had many photographs and posters that related to the outdoors. It was only fitting that their wedding was an outdoor wedding.
